Meteor Shower

This last Wednesday a large group of friends and I went to watch the Perseid meteor shower! It was a spectacular show! The best one we saw all night was huge, compared to all the others. It had a purple tint (what I saw) some of the others claimed it to have a few other colors too! It was slow moving and simply breathtaking. As the meteor disappeared a trail was left behind from the rock hurling through the stars. The simple white/clear trail stayed behind for around 5-10 seconds, not really long, but long for a meteor trail! It was a beautiful sight and I feel so blessed to have seen it!

Lovely Mistakes

The picture in the title was a mistaken beauty. I was trying to take a picture of myself for a profile picture and when I turned my phone around I got the lovely surprise of that beautiful mistake!

The beauty of nature in that picture is the pureness of God's oncoming Spring!
